We split the process into three easy and affordable stages:

RENOVATIONS
We’re all about sustainability here at Eclo Designs, and it’s no surprise that it’s more sustainable to work with what you already have.
We can utilise the latest technology to conduct a 3D scan of your home, allowing for precise renovation modelling and no margin for discrepancies.

We are well-versed in property development rules and regulations, so we are great to have on your team to navigate your investment property matters.
3D PRINTING
We can provide a cute keepsake scaled-down model of your new home, and even put it on a keyring for you - perfect as a housewarming gift to yourself, with the added benefit of never losing your house key.
DISABLED ACCESS (LHA)
We are qualified in accessible housing for LHA, meaning we can certify a safer, more comfortable, disability-friendly home for everyone.
VR (VIRTUAL REALITY
We would love to welcome you to walk you through your home on-site before it's even built. Taking advantage of the latest VR technology, homeowners or potential buyers can view the design in a virtual walkthrough. Better yet, there is no need for fancy accessories - it can be easily accessed via a QR on your mobile device!
RENDERS
Almost too good to be true, photo-realistic imagery showcases the home in all its glory - furniture and all. A choice of exterior or selected interior rooms makes this a great tool for marketing
WALK THROUGH
We offer a short fly-around or walkthrough video which will be sent to you in MP4 format.
HOUSE & LAND PACKAGES

BOM (BILL OF MATERIALS)
We know how much time and effort it takes to quote a home. Let us take the pressure off and do it for you. Our BOM software automatically quantifies the materials required, making it significantly easier to calculate with zero errors and minimal offcuts - think of the savings on time, money and wastage.
ENERGY ANALYSIS
We believe that building, designing and thermal performance go hand-in-hand. In our eyes, a preliminary analysis to evaluate the star rating early in the design process is key. There is no sense in waiting until the end and having no choice but to fork out more money for additional reports. An in-house thermal performance assessor is included in all of our new build and renovation projects.
