The cost for building designing plans will be tailored to your custom home according to selections, size location and changes. We include 2 revisions as standard for our plans. As well as in house energy rating.
There are many other fees associated with building even before you start. We can arrange all required sub consultants and help with council submissions however their fees will be invoiced separately. You could expect to spend 6-12k before you have a start works certificate in soil test, authorities, engineers etc..
